possible to rush if my gpa is under the requirement?

I had a pretty rough first semester and my gpa is right under the requirement at a 2.47. I really would like to rush next semester so is there anyway I could still rush in the spring even though the requirement is 2.5? Or do I just have to wait until next year and get my GPA up?

its not a sorority/frat rule, its a school rule so you would not be able to until the fall

I had a 2.48 last year and couldnt rush :-/ sorry but lots of sophomores rush so just wait until next year!
