With skull on probation and tdx in trouble with the school they will still be somewhat relevant due to their relations but for next semester the real ranks of frats:

Top: All of these frats have amazing to pretty good relations and throw down.
1. Theta Chi- Great relations, nice house
2. Pike- Great Relations, No house, Cool Brothers
3. Kappa Sig- Good/Growing relations, great house, good parties
4. Chi Phi- No house, Good relations,

Middle: These frats are good but lack in either relations or parties
5. Chi Psi- Great house, Not a lot of parties, ok relations
6. Tke/Phi Psi- Good open parties, no relations, Phi psi has small house Tke has none
