Which frats have the best houses (that are relevant)?

There’s so few now. Chi Psi has the best house but doesn’t throw down, kappa sig has a big house, theta chi has a big house, and phi psi has an ok house. That’s really it.

just houses i think is

chi psi > aepi > kappa sig > theta chi > phi psi

i said i was rating just houses. i wouldn't call them irrelevant but they definitely are not top.
