spring 18 frat ranks

Recently this website has been out of control with bottom tier frats making these ridiculous posts. For next semester everyone knows and can agree that these are the rankings...

1. Theta Chi- Top because of Tdx & Sig Chi suspensions. Ok brothers but best relations by far.

2. Pike- They should be fine from the shooting incident, but overall cool brothers and great relations.

3. Skull/Kappa Sig- Skull on probation will still stay relevant because they have cool brothers and good relations. Kappa Sig is a rising frat, becoming very respected by other top frats and have pretty good relations with ok brothers. Also have one of the best houses.

4. Chi Phi- Pretty good relations and cool brothers. On a bit of a decline with not having a house but might be getting sdts next year.

5. Chi Psi- Huge house, ok relations, known for being a really rich or preppy frat but dont really throw down.

6. Phi Psi- Small house, throw down a lot, no real relations really.

7. Tke- Only the one satellite house, known for open parties and freshman. No relations.

There other frats like Dke, Pi Kapp, & Sig Pi lower than these top 8 but those are the main 8 ones that are respected.
