sorority hazing?

is there a lot of hazing going on in the sororities? little things are okay but we've all heard the horror stories, and i really would like to be in one but if theres intense or violent hazing i don't want to even consider joining. please be honest say which sororities aren't about hazing and are about ACTUAL, nonviolent and not cruel sisterhood.
