they’re a cool group of guys who seem like they know how to throw parties. with a house that big, it’d be hard not to make a big name for themselves on campus next semester. definitely a growing mid tier frat on the way to being top tier.

Zeta Psi has been rebuilding, but def one of the top frats on campus. Super excited for next semester when stuff opens back up but loved by sororities and some dope brothers. Heard they’re got a new house so it’s gonna be crazy next year. Def a top frat overall.

These guys are solidly middle tier, with a great house and reasonable ties. The guys are kinda nice too. They’re certainly not the best or grandest on campus, but it’s ok.

Pretty trash, on the level of ZBT if it weren’t for their house. The srats don’t like them and they don’t have a good rep on campus. This is one to avoid.

The truth is that all the posts below are self ranks. This is a lower middle tier fraternity with less than 30 brothers remaining once the seniors graduate. Their ties are mediocre and their parties were generally weak. They are not the worst, but all they have is their house. Otherwise they’d be below Du or less. No need to rush this one. They’re barely rising and next semester could go really badly or really well depending on what they do.
