these guys grabbed my friends butt at one of their parties. not the nicest guys and their parties are subpar at best.

me and my friends started going there this semester, and you can definitely say that they have one of the best houses on campus (the cleanest too). the brothers are respectful, but don’t handle or seem to care about how hot it gets once the house fills up lol

These guys know how to throw a good party. Great set ups, great music, tight security. The brothers are always caring and will go out of their way to help you. Only complaint i can think of is that they fill up their house OD. Other than that, they’re dope.

Very hospitable, takes care of guests and very respectful. Also know how to through an amazing party with themes and keep it active through the night. Security is tight and I feel safe when going into the house.

Currently a mid tier frat on the rise, helps that they have the largest chapter house on campus and can throw registered parties starting in October. Has lots of potential to be a top frat in the next year

Zeta Psi is strongly respected by their nationals. They have some good kids, and parties are def top tier. They’re off probation starting this semester too, so take that as you will. Def on the way to top tier but as of now a solid middle tier.

Don't know much about these boys, but they are in the same national org as the UPenn Zeta Psi which is one of the most prestigious Fraternity chapters in the world. That's gotta be worth something

they threw a fun halloween party and have been throwing pretty much every weekend this semester. their house is gigantic but fills up oddly fast for how big it is. biggest complaint by far is how hot it gets in this house. overall theyre definitely top tier right now especially because everyone else is losing their house
