As a sophomore who've rushed here and many others, this is the honest truth. They are indubitably top tier, but it's for their house. I myself prefer a brotherhood over a lettered house, and these guys definitely have the house, but the crappiest brotherhood I've seen from everywhere. I've gotten into parties saying I was a brother. No doubt, they're popular and the place to be when they throw down (like 3 times a semester at best), but it's all because of their house. A lot of d-bags

These guys are definitely one of the best fraternities at Rutgers but they get way too much credit because they have a really nice house on college ave. Look at Sig Ep, they used to be much better when they had Phi Sig's house but without it they don't accel in enough other areas to truly be that good, same thing with tdx
