Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Rutgers University New Brunswick - RU 3.8 Half of the fraternity is made up of the slightly popular kids in HS who wish they were down south at USC, Bama, or UF but their lower middle class parents made them stay in NJ for Instate tuition. The other half just so happens to have a closet full of Polo purchased at Macy's(With coupons), 2 Vineyard Vines shirts(purchased during a sale), a 3.7 GPA, and cannot talk to females unless they are extremely intoxicated. Girls expect to leave unpleased every night #FutureGiecoWorkersOfAm erica
