These guys have a SUPER FALSE self judgement of themselves. Yes they got that big Zeta house for 3 years, but the brotherhood as a whole just isn't ready for it. They aren't a top tier frat, and they don't have top tier brothers (many of them are a little weird) to be a strong pressence in a house like that. Trust me, its not ALL about the house. Us girls like some eye candy and to party with fun guys who can have a great time. Sig Ep lacks this type of brotherhood. Strong frat tho

First of all I love Sig Ep. Lot of cool brothers and a good time. But let me just say a few things. First there are a lot of self ranks here, they are not a top tier frat anymore. Secondly I know they just got the Zeta house, but it's too much to ask of them to compete with fraternities like TDX, Theta Chi, Sig Chi and Skull. A nice house can't change the already existing brothers you have. I love those guys, just think they're trying to be something they're not. You don't need to be the top dog

Is this real life or a joke? I went to one of their parties last fall and the jackasses tried giving me a bid(I'm in a fraternity)... Sorry guys if I didn't want to go greek I would have gone TKE but you geeds wouldn't understand that.

Brothers are disorganized and give bids to anyone making them look less professional. Saw them turn down hot girls from letting them in their parties.

seriously on the rise with zeta but still have work to do to be the top house. Always a good fraternity in the past
