Not a bad Frat. Definitely not top 5 (TDX, pike, theta chi, chi phi, skull are the best), but definitely moving up. These guys are getting better theyre right under top 5, easily top 10. theyre the same as d phi and tke; a lot of fun, good guys, just need to keep up recruiting well

Parties are so solid, and you can do whatever you want without worrying about creepy ass dudes. These guys are also building some sick relations with other top tier frats and sororities, so theyre definitely on the come up for sure. They could be a little more involved on campus though, and if they did they could easily be top

didn't let me in once (guest list only) but now I have a couple of guys who are brothers now so they get me on that list from time to time and I gotta say the parties are real solid and the basement gets really crowded (sometimes a little hot for my taste)

no backyard but heard they're getting new houses that do have them so that's always a good sign for them. basement parties go nuts but better ventilation/higher ceiling would be appreciated. brothers are lots of fun and haven't made me feel at risk at all which is apparently not always something I can expect when I go out, so good on them for being decent human beings. probably will go back if I hear of anything
