With phi delt merging they have potential but phi delt loses 11 union next year so if they don't make a move for a house next year there's no way in hell they'll be top tier, middle middle tier would be more like it

These dudes are super chill. Kind of a low key, smaller a fraternity, but they know how to party. They got a new house that has a lot of potential for crazy parties.

Lesser known, but I still have a great time there. Pretty good parties, no creepy dudes, and all the brothers have been super chill every time I went there. Hope they start getting bigger

No longer just a small, lower tier frat, Delta Phi is definitely on the rise and the new guys they've brought in this past semester will undoubtedly help them grow. Look out for them as they expand and become more involved. Plus their parties rarely disappoint
