Ever since they lost their house, they went downhill. They barely have pledges and they don't have any good parties anymore. They are accepting anyone. Know even knows them anymore.

I like these guys a lot, they approached me on move-in day (I'm a freshman this year) and ever since then, I've found a lot in common with these dudes. They consistently ask me to come have lunch with them and hang out with them, and are overall cool guys to hang out with. Their parties are also among the best, and even though they don't have a huge house, their satellite houses make up for it. They treat people with respect as well, and aren't stupid, creepy drunks like you would find at others

This fraternity has received a four star award. For those of you that don't know what that is, it means they rise above other fraternity in all aspects such as involvement, Keller, etc. These guys are very welcoming. From someone who didn't receive a bid, I still socialize with the brotherhood and I am treated as if I was a brother. Their parties are decently fun for the fact they have multiple houses. They had a great location before but unfortunately it has turned into a "swimming pool."

Definitely not your stereotypical frat, although some of their brothers are definitely fratty DUchebags. Otherwise a solid group of guys who pull in pretty large recruitment numbers despite not having a legit frat house. Their parties are really hit or miss; but thats RU in general. They're a 4 star chapter right now, and are really proud of their history on campus. Their old neighbors died out (DPHI), but these guys kept it strong although they're losing face.
