What are the Real Fraternity rankings at WCU top tier middle tier bottom tier

Top: Pike, SAE, Pi Kap
Middle: Lambda chi, Pi Lam, KA
Bottom: Delta Sig, Alpha Sig, sigma chi, theta xi,

This would have been spot on 2 years ago but things have changed. If you were smart enough to look around you it would be obvious who is slipping and who is on top of their game. Ranking based on which houses you should want to accept a bid from would go a little more like this.
1) Pike, SAE
2) Pi Kapp, Sigma Chi, Lambda Chi
3) KA, Pi Lam


8)Theta Xi
The rest really aren't even worth it.
