Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 2.9 Ahhhhh, the ultimate “Apartment Fraternity.” Sigma Phi Epsilon has always been known as the snob house with guys who pretend to be nice, but are judgements D-Bags. SigEp is dry locally and nationally. Their house doesn’t have heating or air conditioning since it’s 80 years old and hasn’t been renovated in long time. Also, it is known as the “Shoebox” since it doesn’t event look like a traditional frat. Sadly, they are losing their house in a demolition since they want a new one, but they won’t have a new one put up for another 2 years. As it is, the blueprints are very similar and there is nothing unique about the new house. Their PC ‘19-20 is going to have a lot of struggles to go through.
