Weak brotherhood is shown through the fact that a lot of the guys just pretend to be friends with each other (Just like how they also pretend to be a lit house). However, they are involved quite a bit on campus and some girls like them. Will be interesting to see what happens with them in the coming years with all the changes that their nationals are implementing.

In case people weren't aware, as of recently, Sig Ep's nationals has passed legislation called "Resolution 2" (go look it up) that will make every Sig Ep chapter completely dry by August 1st, 2018. So if you plan on joining a house that will lead other frats and sororities to constantly ridicule you for being soft and not being able to throw parties or fun social events, let alone be able to drink in your room at all, Join Sig Ep! I'll save you time: Rush elsewhere. You'll have way more fun.

Just balancing out the self ranks. You can tell the guys here aren't close. Not as bad as SAE but there are much stronger brotherhoods out there. Boring, socially awkward guys overall

Not a frat. A fraternity has brotherhood where guys would give a kidney to a brother to save his life. This is a group of guys who live together. They don't care about each other. Their mindset is to join, party, and then live their own lives after a few years, which is why most seniors drop before spending three years there.
