Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 1.0 I give them one more year before they go bankrupt. Creepy, stinky, the lift goes on. Their greek week party was a public embarrassment to greek life.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 1.2 Used to be a good house but the house is in such a bad shape. Also sororities and fraternities have stopped hanging out with them because of a bunch of allegations. New pledge class is also a bust. Super sad what their house has become.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.4 Pikapps is a frat of love and happiness. They value Jesus and the holy words of the New Testament but do recognize the teachings of the Old Testament. They have one muslim guy who is awesome. And friendly (despite the fake news medias portrayal of his religion)
