I give them one more year before they go bankrupt. Creepy, stinky, the lift goes on. Their greek week party was a public embarrassment to greek life.

Used to be a good house but the house is in such a bad shape. Also sororities and fraternities have stopped hanging out with them because of a bunch of allegations. New pledge class is also a bust. Super sad what their house has become.

Pikapps is a frat of love and happiness. They value Jesus and the holy words of the New Testament but do recognize the teachings of the Old Testament. They have one muslim guy who is awesome. And friendly (despite the fake news medias portrayal of his religion)

Dudes are complete scum. Overstep boundaries everytime we go over. Genuinely feel unsafe being there, terrible parties. Not to mention how many sexual assault allegations have been made against them within the last 5 years, including an active court case for rape. Should be unaffiliated.
