Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 5.0 They are always #1 or close to #1 in grades, they're always amazing in intra-murals, the guys are good looking every single year (GQ model status), and they pull the hottest girls in the GS. Easily the top house in the GS when they're running.

Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 5.0 Guys are popular with girls and are always great at IFC official things like grades. Even without alcohol allowed on their property, I think they can still be a top house.
