I think a lot of the criticism comes from the reputation these guys used to have back a few years when I was a brother and how many of them (us I should say) didn't care about the community. So then we rushed a generation of brothers who also didn't care. But after visiting at the beginning of the year, I can say that these guys are a world's apart from type of Sigma Chis I used to go to school with. it says something when even in the last 4 years, two brothers have been Student Body Presidents.

Always have been among the top frats on campus. Been at owu for two years now. The rush class that joined while I was a freshman we're all great guys. Most of them smart, attractive, and polite. After last years Seniors left they will be an even more amazing fraternity. Last years seniors seemed very soft (being polite with that word). Seems like all the sororities love to be around them (especially if they're looking to party). May not have the most up-kept house, but always good time.

I used to love the Kappas, and still love many of them, but they get cliquier and more isolated each year. I'm all about sisterhood, but you should have friends outside of your chapter or greek life in general. Hopefully this trend won't continue
