Chi Phi is so much fun! The guys are super friendly and like to throw a lot of parties. Their basement just gets too hot, and the music can be ok at times, but overall one of my favourite places to go. House has the best safety for girls. Super involved but not outstanding in looks. A great place for non-affiliated students to have a good fraternity party experience!

Coolest house in greek life by far and awesome brotherhood! They're fun to hang with and have thrown some great parties, even being off campus.

Chi Phi used to be a place where people of different beliefs could hang out and talk, no more. I miss the days that Will was on the Sun deck challenging peoples beliefs. Unfortunately he was run out of the frat because of it. Overall a major decline, I dont expect to see them on campus in a few years!

Chi Phi rules, as ritual is what separates one fraternity from another, and Chi Phi had the BEST ritual... by far. They place their pledges in a coffin during initiation, shut the lid, and march the coffin around the lodge room three times in resemblance of a funeral procession. Then, they lower it to symbolize burial, and then let the candidate out on cue, in order to symbolize the candidate's resurrection. NO OTHER fraternity does stuff like that during their initiation ritual. Chi Phi rules!

Very unfriendly guys. Lots of improvement needed if they don't want to be kicked off campus. Every semester a brother deactivates due to bullying by other brothers.Chi Phi has a poor relationship with sororities, and parties seem dead.

Great group of guys in a v cool house. Some complaints about them recently on campus but most are pretty obviously onesided/biased. Ask any of the brothers for a more balanced idea of who they are. Overall Chi Phi is v open, friendly, and non-douchy. They have some things to work on but less-so than other frats on campus.

Chi Phi is alright, has certainly gone downhill. They're nice at first but don't really want anything to do with you otherwise. Good brotherhood though. They stand up for each other no matter what, which is both good and bad.

If you're alt you'd fit well with the brothers. Some of them are kinda weird, seniors are pretty cool. Their parties are hit or miss.
