Low/Middle Tier Frats

Spot on the dot, except if Phi delt actually rushed studs and were more exclusive then it wouldn’t be arguable and they’d def be top tier. They got the vibe but they don’t really bring around the pretty girls and have much more weird guys, which is the reason they don’t do joint events with those top their frats

I like that even the hypebeasts recognize that Phi Delt is a top fraternity. About time they get some recognition.
