Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at University of Texas at San Antonio - UTSA 4.5 Phi Mu and ZTA are the only reason UTSA greek life doesnt completely suck. You bottom tier chapters (like ASA) should be thankful because if it wasnt for them no one would even come to recruitment.. and you would have no ones leftovers to get..
