Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at University of Texas at San Antonio - UTSA 4.3 I've met some really standout girls in this chapter along with some really rude ones. I think every chapter has its bad seeds along with its really amazing, hardworking girls so if they can weed out the bad and bring in more good then they will be more respected as a whole.
