Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of Texas at San Antonio - UTSA 2.4 Latest pledge class was weak. Definitely above TKE but not even close to hanging on the level that ATO and Sigma Pi are at. Spring pledge class has a bunch of GDI's that some how got bids.
