Is it still possible to get into a house that requires recommendation letters if you don't have any?

Yes but especially if the house wants you enough. I would try to get a rec letter for every house. You can find the alumnae group in your town for each one you don't have on google or Facebook if you don't know any alums personally. It's also good to ask friends about their sisters or moms writing you letters they're alum
