I would say Tri Delt is higher than both of them because PhiMu had a weird pledge class and KD is now oompaloompw orange.

I think this is accurate. Ranks have changed a little over the last couple years. Everyone is arguing about who is 1 but I agree it’s still Phi Mu not necessarily cuz they’re the best, just because that’s who everyone thinks of first when you think top
