Rushing From Out of Region

I’m a high school senior and hoping to come to UTK from the west coast. How hard is it to get a bid at most sororities at UTK if I don’t know anyone in house/am not a legacy/not front the South? Should I assume most top houses will cut me right away?

Yes. If you don't have any connections you will most likely get dropped from the top houses. But all the houses at UTK have something to offer.
