The worst thing about joining Sig Ep is having to install the Balanced Man app on your phone so that Nationals can track you.

SigEp is committed to being a different kind of fraternity – one that recognizes the importance of the out-of-classroom experience and is committed to making that experience the safest and most empowering part of a college male’s life.

SigEp's award winning Balanced Man Program aligns perfectly with year-round recruitment. Self-paced challenges allow for members to enter and exit challenges at their own pace. Let's say you are recruited in October -- then you just join other members in the Sigma challenge who joined in September and have already completed two of the eight Sigma Challenge meetings this semester. You join the rest of the members in the Sigma challenge for the remaining six meetings. If you have not attained Phi status by the end of the semester, you can attend the first two Sigma challenge meetings the next semester to unlock the Phi level and continue to make progress towards graduating with the rank of Brother Mentor.
