But they actually care about picking girls with a good personality when recruiting which is rare. They are genuinely the sweetest girls and they’re always involved in stuff with other chapters

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of Tennessee at Knoxville - UTK 3.9 Despite what people say this is a good sorority! A lot of the girls love it and really want to see it succeed, they schedule cute sisterhood events and in the past couple semesters had super fun philanthropy events. If you want to join a sorority that really focuses on sisterhood and serving the community this is it. Now if I'm to get a bit negative I will say there are some girls who aren't that nice, but that's every sorority. The girls I know are super sweet and I do hear the little riffs that go on but I hear that from other girls in sororities. Honestly the girls I hang out with are hilarious and sweet, so I haven't seen too much of the mean girls that some talk about. A good majority of the girls from what I've seen don't go out. However when I go out I run into a consistent handful of them that does. I honestly think it's such a melting pot and you really can't pinpoint them because there is someone for everyone!
