Being popular isn't that important to these girls though, which is admirable. I have seen them post they took girls from top houses. This couldn't be further from the truth.

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of Tennessee at Knoxville - UTK 4.4 These girls get a bad rep because they don’t rush based on looks. You will truly find all different types of girls in this sorority and for some reason that’s seen as a bad thing? Tbh they aren’t upper middle or top, but also they’re certainly not bottom. There’s no bottom at UT but someone has to be the “bottom” sorority. These girls are very sweet and since they’re so diverse they have friends all over campus. GPA isn’t the best but it’s been rising!

Since when is variety a ‘bad thing’ ? Last time I checked, that’s what works best unless you have tunnel vision. But of course it’s attitudes like yours that just prove my point and bring it all to the forefront for everyone to see. Can we please just be kind for once and actually acknowledge others for the good they do and the continual effort that’s made.
