These guys have been on the rise for awhile. Great, classy, men who party enough to be fun but not enough to get scary. Maybe one of the only houses on campus where girls can be safe.

All it takes is a pulse to get membership. The brothers can't name or identify all of the other brothers. Resembles more of a club than it does a fraternity. But this is the future of all greek life. No rushing, no pledging, just initiation. I could be a full fledged 'brother' of SigEp in the time it takes to drink a beer.

Their underground pledge program is said to be one of the toughest.

2017, not sure where you get your information but to set the record straight the Balanced Man Program actually delays the full initiation of a new member well beyond when that happened under the old pledge program. A pledge program consists of 6 to 10 weeks of learning nonsense facts and includes very little if any further development or education once initiated. The Balanced Man Program is a 4 year development program that sets a young man up for success for his life after college. The chapter is rebuilding after eliminating over 70 members in 2015 for not living up to Sig Ep ideals and principles. Sig Ep is one of the nations leading fraternities and if a chapter is not living up to the principles of the fraternity, we will take action like we did at USF. It will be done right or it will be closed.

Most of those 70 quit rather than participate in fake "membership trials."

I heard one of their sigma requirements is to self rank their chapter on here. Bottom tier but still think they're on top because of their past prestige on campus. Growing in numbers but still lack true brotherhood and will never be what they once were. PNMs have fun answering to alumni as this chapter has an exec board but it means nothing because they are controlled by alumni members "helping" the chapter.
