Top Tier: Sig Chi, Theta Chi, SAM, DU
Middle Tier: Sig Ep, DKE, Psi U
Bottom Tier: Chi Phi, Aepi, ADP
Rest I don't think worth mentioning

I would say theta chi is middle tier at this point. Weird to mix with but they still throw good parties (ie. 80s party)
Top tier: Sig Chi, DU, Sig Ep,
Top Middle tier/low top tier: SAM
Middle tier: ADP, Psi U, Theta Chi,
Low Tier: AEPi, DKE, Chi Phi, PKT, Sig Nu
And I guess Beta could be considered low tier but they're kind of irrelevant unless you want to be a part of something that doesn't have an identity, which is appealing to some people.

Even with the small pledge classes theta chi is still a clear top tier (though they should start caring more about their mixers). SAM on the other hand isn't, maybe in a few years.
