I would say theta chi is middle tier at this point. Weird to mix with but they still throw good parties (ie. 80s party) Top tier: Sig Chi, DU, Sig Ep, Top Middle tier/low top tier: SAM Middle tier: ADP, Psi U, Theta Chi, Low Tier: AEPi, DKE, Chi Phi, PKT, Sig Nu And I guess Beta could be considered low tier but they're kind of irrelevant unless you want to be a part of something that doesn't have an identity, which is appealing to some people.
