Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of Rochester - UR 1.0 Sketchy dudes who will act nice to your face but are really probably just trying to get something from you... and the house is filthy! they all seem very fake & boring, hardly something I'd call a frat really. basically no campus presence besides some Chi Phriday posters that look like they were made in 2 seconds in Microsoft Word. seems like they only call themselves a frat for the status without caring about what it really means! have some respect!

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of Rochester - UR 2.8 Chi Phi is a fun place to go on a Friday night when there's nothing else going on. Used to go there a lot freshman year with my hall, but have since moved on to greener pastures. Know a couple of their brothers and they are pretty cool, but others are downright sketchy. Overall, a good off-campus frat to throw down.
