Not biased at all, my best friend is in another house and if I were to go Greek I would definitely join theta. They have such high aims academically and such a great reputation on campus. I don't hear about them getting super wasted at parties and throwing themselves towards guys. I could honestly say that they are top house at this point. I will probably consider going through recruitment because of them.

In my opinion the best house on campus. The tri-delts may be more "popular" but sk girls are definitely classier and more respected around campus!

The boys at ATO try really hard to be fratty. While it's kinda cut there comes a point where it's too much and becomes pretty try hard. I've seen the brothers fight amongst themselves with almost nothing to provoke it. You'll meet some nice guys but unfortunately the bad outweighs the good on this one. Sorry ladies.

These guys are a joke. Ok they might have great grades and possibly be classy (because none of them ever talk to girls). But that isn't top tier or middle tier worthy. A bunch of nerds came together and wanted to be in a frat (after not getting bids at any worth ones) and created Kappa Sigma. They went for quantity over quality by getting 40 guys in a semester. They dont even know every member. As for fun or social events, you wont find them here. #tier4
