AEPi is certainly not a top house. They're a medium sized chapter with around 40 guys. Although they're small, their chapter is closer knit than any other brotherhood on this campus.

I can honestly say that I am so happy that Theta won overall chapter of the year. I can see how they've improved these past two years and I have nothing negative to say about them. Sure they've been through tough times, but I can see that they really pulled through. They're smart girls who know how to control themselves at parties and can control their alcohol.
