I equally love hate all the top frats: pike, SAE, and phi delt so here's the truth. SAE was good but they are too douchey, pike is good looking but they aren't that fun and suck at drinking lol. Truth is phi delt is the most balance, they're good looking, fun, and by far throw the best parties
