new fraternity rankings

SO the semester is over meaning the new PCs are all in, parties tailgates crushes formals have been thrown, philanthropy is completed... meaning its time to update the tiers of where each fraternity stands in the social sphere of umass greek life! (note: trying to keep these as unbiased as possible, I am a sophomore in a top sorority and have spoken with friends both in my sorority and outside it, older and younger, to figure out these ranks! - also tiers are in alphabetical order not by ranking within the tier)
Top: AEPI, PIKE, THETA CHI
Upper Middle: PHI SIG, SIG EP, TKE
Lower Middle: ALPHA SIG, KAPPA SIG, PIKAPP, ZBT
Bottom: ADP, ATG, DELTA CHI, FIJI

Do you boys ever wonder why it is year after year formal recruitment gets bigger as the fraternities struggle to have the numbers they did the year before? Do you think maybe it has to do with this constant bashing of eachother and the fact that you all pitch your frats to pnm's and not greek life in general? Just a thought

Fraternity recruitment has gotten bigger, just instead of chapter size increasing the number of chapters have been increasing. I would like to think this website has nothing to do with recruitment and that frats don't actually talk this way to kids they are rushing
