Easily the most popular fraternity for people from the tri state area. They tend to get the best kids from NY/NJ and be the favorite amongst girls from those states (which is why they are so close with phi and sdt). Still have a good amount of people from mass and are slowly getting more popular amongst the in state crowd. They throw a lot of parties that aren't exclusive to Greek life which helps make their name known around campus even without big letters on their house

Let's be real here. Sig ep used to be a top tier frat at UMASS. They had a huge house on Olympia and threw bangers. (Anyone who was a student at UMASS 2013 and prior can vouch for me). They had a great brotherhood and mixed with top tier sororities. However, after 2013 they lost their house on Olympia and got a place on Phillips but after that they've been going downhill. Hopefully these guys can get back to where they were and lose their new bad rep.

SO UNDERRATED!! They have awesome philanthropy, a super close brotherhood, and now that they're off probation their social life will skyrocket. They had a few mixers last year that were great. Seriously such nice guys, I wish the Greek community would give them more of a chance before basing them
