Let's just say they're a top tier fraternity but their recent pledge classes have been a bunch of weirdos. They're on a decline.

Really cool guys and they all seem to like eachother. Fun parties but the house was pretty crowded because the party room isn't that big. The music makes a party and it's honestly hit or miss there.

I respect the fact that these guys know they're not the best fraternity on campus but they work very hard to be a great organization. They're still pretty new and I would say they're up and coming if they keep heading in the direction they're heading in and get a lettered house. They need to stand out more.
