New to campus so they obviously still have some stuff to figure out as a chapter. The low rankings I presume are from other sororities that are bitter about having more competition for new members. The sisters of Tri Delta have been fun to be around in my experience and many of them are very pretty and outgoing.

obviously they're new and figuring things out but for a brand new chapter they're doing pretty well we'll see what they're pledge class turns out like
