First 2 days (sisterhood round): In past years, Panhellenic has given PNMs recruitment shirts to wear. If not, a nice shirt will do (no graphic t-shirts). Shorts (no ripped denim) and sandals are always good.
3rd day (philanthropy round): A sundress and sandals or kakis/white jeans and a pretty top. Still casual but dressier than the previous two days.
4th day (preference round): Wear a professional outfit that you’d wear to an interview (no jeans or casual tops). A nice dress would be great. Slacks are a good alternative if dresses aren’t your thing.
Bid day: Shorts and comfy shoes. Wear a tank top so that you can easily put on your bid day shirt!
Tips:
-stick to the dress code: as a rule of thumb, don’t wear shirts, dresses or bottoms that may be considered inappropriate (ripped jeans, graphic t-shirts, crop tops, booty shorts, exposed cleavage). Keep it classy and professional!
-you may or may be in rooms that have air conditioning; be prepared to either be really hot or really cold
-you’ll be on your feet for several hours with little time to rest or sit. While high heels may be your go-to look, remember that comfort is also important: flats or sandals are perfectly fine! Just make sure you can walk comfortably (and gracefully) in your footwear. You wouldn’t want to trip or twist an ankle during rounds.
-wear deodorant (trust me); brush your teeth to avoid bad breath; make sure your hair is neatly combed and your makeup is applied nicely.

I wore sundresses every round and felt comfortable. It's a nice inbetween of causal and classy. The sisters are trying to impress you, and they love to see girls that are trying to impress them as well. It's just respectful. Be yourself and find your home, but definitely show that you care and make yourself professional. Keep your makeup on the natural side.
