And remember you can be that change in your sorority and help make the improvements next year -- connect with the recruitment chair and tell her what you liked about your sorority's recruitment (be nice) and share what you liked about others -- or tell your big. Every sorority wants positive girls who want to improve. You would be amazed at how some sororities get better each year and can change over time. Be positive, be the change you want to see.

I got my second choice a few year ago, and was absolutely devastated. I decided that I went through recruitment to be in a sorority not a XYZ, so I sucked it up and had a positive attitude. I went to the house a lot, hung out with girls in my pledge class and got involved. I am SO much happier in the house I am in that I think I would have been in my first choice, Things have a way of working out.
