This list is ridiculous. How can you throw ATO who barely has a house above Sig Nu? This isn't even close to accurate.

ATO is top three in grades and wins homecoming fairly often. That being said they're definitely not a top house (or even upper middle), but they're still better than Sig Nu. Sig Nu just sucks.

Oh yeah I forgot Phi Psi but yes I would put them in the top category. As far as Sig Nu vs ATO, ATO is most likely getting their old house back soon and either way, a house isn't all a fraternity is about...

Probably the best most accurate frat rank on here. The only house I would move down is Beta. I know they have a lot of rich smart guys but their parties aren't that fun and they tend to be very exclusive.
