Very fun and involved girls! This will be their year to shine for sure. They BOUGHT the Phi Tau house and I heard their internationals has invested alot of $$$$$$$$ in renovations. They are back on a level playing field now.

Seriously ADPi? When the AGD's see this you're only chance of ever having girls at one of you're parties just went out the window. Dumb. AGD is half and half, some good some very bad.

Although it is true that the original housing agreement was a three year lease, Alpha Gamma Delta's international housing corporation officially purchased the Phi Kappa Tau fraternity house and the ownership became official on July 8, 2011. The house will not be returned to the men of Phi Kappa Tau. The women of AGD have not be competition for the other chapters on KUs campus for the past few years due to the simple fact that they lacked a house. The chapter size in 2006 was 140 which is comparable to other chapters on campus and the numbers only started declining after they sold their house on Stewart Avenue in 2005. It would be hard for any chapter on campus to retain and recruit members without a house, regardless of what anyone says. I believe that with the stability of the new house on Indiana and the dedication and perserverance of the women who have stayed loyal to their chapter, alpha gamma delta will prove to be a strong and competitive chapter over the next few years.
