University of Kansas - KU 4.0 The University of Kansas has a solid Greek community. The Greek community makes up the majority of the social scene at the university and is dominant despite all the liberal professor hating on Greek life because they couldn’t get in them selves. Besides that, great experience and would encourage anyone to get involved.

University of Kansas - KU 4.5 This school is the best greek school in the Big 12 and is equal to average SEC greek life. One thing is though, if you are not in greek life you have no social life and especially as a guy. The selection process is selective but, if you are a chill guy with good grades and are semi-athletic you can get into almost any house you want.

University of Kansas - KU 3.5 Greek life at KU needs adjustments, over all, it's a great way to get involved. However, the fraternities specifically continue to have issues with having bad reputations.

University of Kansas - KU 3.3 The fraternities are known for their hazing more than sororities. There are a few rumors of sororities hazing but Panhellenic really cracks down on it. Getting into a sorority can be difficult depending on the sorority. Some are harder to get a bid from than others. I have heard people call KU a southern school in the midwest in terms of difficulty to get into some sororities and how selective some are.
