Not sure who these boys r and how they r top 10. literally never host anything, never throw parties, never post abt rush events. how tf do people even rush here. idk if theyre actually kicked out or if theyre operating outside of the ifc but either way idk how they r still alive if they r still operating

I love this house because they do not throw parties. They are party animals at heart but, just cannot deliver with parties just like in the bedroom. It is tough to please a girl when you only know how to please a guy. I totally love this frat.

Hahaha, all the boys that don’t like this house just probably couldn’t get in. Only fun house to talk to at the bars and go home with 😉. Phi psi and delt only talk about how much “better” they are than them which I think speaks for itself when they’re the only ones saying that.

Phi Delt has a great group of guys that are very genuine and like to have a good time. From what I have seen these guys are absolute top dogs on campus from looks, grades, philanthropy, personalities, they got the whole shabang!

In late September, the national organization of Phi Delta Theta notified the KU chapter that it was suspended from all activities due to hazing allegations. However, following that ruling, one of the pledges who made the hazing allegations made new allegations that he was experiencing retaliation due to his complaints. That included members pushing him, spitting on him and throwing beer bottles on him, according to KU’s summary of the investigation. On Sept. 25, the Lawrence Police Department responded to a call at the chapter house at 1621 Edgehill Road after the pledge reported fearing for his safety. Police officers escorted him from the chapter house due to those safety fears, according to the KU report

Definitely a top house at ku. The men are smart, outgoing, rich, and good looking. Can be immature at times when they’re at bars together but they’re always really respectful with girls. Kinda only socialize with pi phi and chi o but they’re kind to everyone they interact with. They have insane connections and their alumni is very generous. Hard to get a bid but this house would be one of my top choices if I was a pledge at ku.
