Top:
Dsig - lot of out of state kids, mix w pike and center a lot. Def on the rise w new pcs
Center - old money private school kids, fun but wild. Most southern/rich vibes
Pike - NOVA athletes. A lot of lax and football kids. Have a big house and good parties
Upper Mid:
TKE - Fun and smart guys. Lot of athletes too. Barn is huge.
FIJI - Pretty southern, lots of Roanoke and Richmond kids. Fun guys but have been in trouble in recent years.
Beta - Some chill guys, prob one of the smartest fraternities on campus. Basement is awesome.
Mid:
Gold Club - a good group of guys who fell a bit because they just went off campus. Hopefully they can rebound a bit next year.
ATO - nice guys but they get slandered for being pretty soft. Big house though.
Idrk about the rest to be honest.

And center club also isn’t full of old money private school kids, more like suburban middle class douches from richmond that peaked in high school

raternities as they exist now are facing a crisis. Only 11% of students come to our campus interested in joining a fraternity. This declining interest has coincided with the fact that members of fraternities are far more likely to drink in excess than the average student. Because our SigEp chapter has a substance-free policy, we recruit better candidates and have stronger manpower than other fraternities chapters that are regrettably still beholden to illegal and dangerous drinking. SigEp is modeling a new way and new future for other fraternities here to follow.
