confused and want answers

Why are XO, theta and pi phi always at the bottom but kappa and sk are ranked higher. If you actually look at the people in those sororities there’s literally no difference. I just don’t get it

They might look the same but a lot of the girls in pi phi, theta and xo are weird af and so cheugy
